Integrated Management System Policy

The Integrated Management System Policy is derived from the vision of the Sharjah Sports Council. The policy of Diba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club is based on the necessity of making the club a symbol of excellence in all the activities it adopts at the local, regional, and international levels. It strives to develop these activities in line with the vision and perspective outlined by the management, ensuring the commitment of all employees, players, administrative and technical staff, as well as any parties contracted by the club — whether officially or through agreements for hosting sports or cultural events — to global standards in quality, environment, health, and occupational safety in all of our operations across administrative and technical activities effectively.

This policy focuses on the following:

  1. Achieving customer satisfaction and addressing their needs by implementing an integrated management system that aligns with international standards (9001, 45001, 14001).
  2. Providing suitable resources, instructions, and training to operate in a healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly manner.
  3. Training, upgrading, motivating, and developing our human resources in technical and professional skills, as well as in the Integrated Management System policy, ensuring its implementation and improvement.
  4. Enhancing internal capabilities to identify goals and tasks and developing processes and services to execute them effectively and efficiently.
  5. Enabling and engaging all stakeholders in understanding and applying the required policies by providing all necessary resources to ensure the effective implementation of our policy.
  6. Management’s commitment to involving employees in decision-making processes, particularly in the health and safety management system.
  7. Commitment to protecting the environment from pollution and making efforts to eliminate any risks or injuries that affect the environment, health, and occupational safety, in accordance with the relevant regulations and laws in the United Arab Emirates, especially in the Emirate of Sharjah.
  8. Ensuring that environmental, health, safety, and sustainability objectives hold the same value as strategic objectives.
  9. Identifying all risks to the environment, occupational health, safety standards, and addressing them while working to mitigate their impact.
  10. Communicating this policy and increasing awareness of its importance among internal and external clients.
  11. Ensuring periodic reviews of this policy within the Integrated Management System.
  12. Promoting continuous improvement and setting goals for quality, environment, health, and safety that align with the management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety.
