Note: Entry into the club implies the explicit consent of anyone present inside the stadium to abide by the match regulations and the rules related to stadium entry concerning the specific match (or other events organized by FIFA, the AFC, the UAE Football Association, or the UAE Pro League).

The term “stadium” refers to Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium and all places owned, occupied, or used by the club.

The term “event” refers to any event held in the stadium organized by the association.

Admission to the club or staying in the stadium (whether through a match ticket or any other permit issued by the event organizer or the club) is subject to the absolute discretion of the event organizer, the police officer, or the match organizer. Entry will not be permitted to anyone who does not have a valid ticket or permit from the organizing entities under any circumstances. Entry is also prohibited for anyone banned from attending the match under any circumstances.

All staff and workers within the event-organizing entities, or individuals present in the stadium (whether with a ticket or an entry permit), are required to comply with the dress code based on the customs and traditions of the country. Entry will not be allowed for anyone who is not dressed appropriately. Individuals working on the field must wear sports shoes and/or formal shoes, while non-field staff may wear sandals only, along with the official attire of the country.

The management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium disclaims responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property inside or around the stadium.

The management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium does not provide any guarantees that the event will take place at a specific time or date and reserves the right to reschedule the event without any notice or obligation.

In case of event postponement or cancellation, claims for refunds (if applicable) must be made according to the ticket terms and conditions, and the management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium assumes no other obligations.

All persons wishing to enter the stadium acknowledge the right of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium’s management to inspect any person and their belongings, both outside and inside the stadium, and to deny or refuse entry to anyone who refuses to comply with the inspection.

Any threatening, obscene behavior, signs of violence, or the use of foul or offensive language is prohibited. These actions will result in the apprehension of the offender and/or their expulsion from the stadium. The management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium may decide to ban the individual from attending the stadium as a result of such actions.

Any damage, interference, or tampering with equipment, furniture, devices, or installations inside the stadium will result in the apprehension and/or expulsion of the individual.

Any form of racist, sexual, discriminatory, or political abuse, chanting, or harassment is prohibited. These actions will result in the apprehension of the offender and/or their expulsion from the stadium. The management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium may decide to ban the individual from attending the stadium as a result of such actions.

Those entering the stadium are allowed to sit in the designated seats according to their tickets, and they must not move from one place to another inside the stadium unless directly instructed or authorized by an event organizer, Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium official, or police officer.

Obstructing passageways, entrances, exits, stairways, or other access points is prohibited.

Smoking inside the stadium is prohibited, but fans may exit to smoke and re-enter the stadium before or during the match.

Mobile phones and other communication devices are allowed inside the stadium, provided they are used for personal and private purposes only.

The following actions are considered offenses and may result in the police officer detaining the offender, which may lead to a ban on entering the stadium or the apprehension and/or expulsion of the individual:

  • Attempting to enter the stadium or sit inside while intoxicated.
  • Carrying alcoholic beverages or bottles/containers containing alcohol, which may cause damage or personal injury upon entry to the stadium or any public area from which the event can be viewed.

Any person entering any sector of the stadium designated for a particular group of fans they do not belong to may be expelled, whether for safety reasons or any other cause.

No person is allowed to bring, use, or display any promotional or marketing materials inside the stadium without explicit written authorization from the management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium.

Ticket exchanges or resale are prohibited without prior written authorization from the management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium or the event organizer.

Any match organizer, Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium official, or police officer may confiscate any tickets being sold. Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium reserves the right to refuse entry or expel anyone from the stadium for exchanging tickets in violation of the event’s ticket terms and conditions. Tickets remain the property of the management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium or the event coordinator at all times.

Closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras are used around and inside the stadium, and the management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium may use any footage of events or provide it to the police, event coordinators, or any other relevant authorities.

All persons inside the stadium must comply with all instructions from any match organizer, Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium official, or police officer. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion from the stadium.

Any parent or guardian accompanying a minor must supervise the minor at all times.

Exit and re-entry during the match are permitted upon wearing wristbands or other means provided by the event organizer.

The management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium reserves the absolute right to expel anyone from the stadium who fails to comply with the stadium regulations or whose presence may pose a risk, disturbance, or nuisance to anyone else. This may lead to further actions, including, but not limited to, banning entry to the stadium or taking legal action.

Upon entering the stadium, individuals explicitly consent to the use of their televised footage or photographs by the association, its authorized entities, and/or the management of Diba Al-Hisn Club Stadium. Individuals cannot request any compensation or removal of personal footage or images taken during the event.

The following actions are considered offenses and may lead to a ban from entering the stadium, or the apprehension and/or expulsion of the individual:

  • Throwing any objects inside the stadium without authorization.
  • Using obscene or racist language, or making derogatory remarks about any participants in the game, whether players, referees, or anyone else.
  • Entering the playing area or any other unauthorized zones.
