As part of the intensive preparations for the launch of the new 2025-2026 football season, the Dibba Al-Hisn team delegation departed for the Arab Republic of Egypt to begin a training camp that will extend until August 23. This camp is expected to enhance the team’s technical and physical readiness and prepare it optimally for the upcoming competition.
The team delegation is headed by Ahmed Murad Ali Al-Amiri, Chairman of the Club’s Professionalism and First Team Committee. The delegation includes 25 key and promising players, led by Egyptian coach Tarek El-Sayed, who is overseeing the technical and preparatory program for the camp.
This external camp is a key milestone in the team’s preparatory program, featuring four friendly matches of varying levels against Egyptian clubs. The first of these matches begins next Saturday and concludes on Saturday, August 23, the final day of the camp. These matches were carefully selected to measure the development of technical performance and provide the players with opportunities to interact and implement the tactical plans adopted by the technical staff. Ahmed Murad Al-Amiri emphasized that the external camp comes within the framework of a strategic plan prepared by the club in advance, which includes an intensive schedule that combines physical, technical, and psychological aspects. The plan includes morning and evening training sessions, in addition to technical and analytical lectures on reading matches and tactics, enhancing the players’ awareness on the field and giving them confidence in official competitions.
The head of the delegation added that the goals of this camp go beyond physical preparation alone. They also include enhancing harmony among the team members, building a technical unit capable of implementing the ideas of coach Tarek El-Sayed, and creating a harmonious blend of new players and experienced players, ensuring a strong and stable start to the season.
For his part, coach Tarek El-Sayed indicated that Egypt was chosen to host the camp due to its high-quality sports infrastructure and the diversity of teams that can be faced in friendly matches, which provides a stimulating environment for experimentation and development. He also expressed his satisfaction with the spirit of commitment and discipline he witnessed from the players since the start of the initial preparations.

With this distinguished reception and organized launch, Dibba Al-Hisn Club is laying the first foundation for a new football season, hoping to be a tough competitor and achieve a strong presence befitting the club’s name and history.

The first is the official signing of Brazilian player Guilherme on a contract that extends until the end of the 2027 season, and the second is the extension of the contract of attacking star Alioune Ndour until the end of the 2028 season.

The Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club’s U-9 team won the Sharjah Sports Council Football Championship for the 2024-2025 season, achieving the title for the second consecutive year, an achievement that adds to the club’s impressive track record across all age groups.

The team delivered exceptional performances throughout the tournament, successfully imposing its style and achieving outstanding results. Their efforts culminated in a victory in the final match amidst an enthusiastic atmosphere and a remarkable crowd attendance.

Dibba Al-Hisn bid farewell to the ADNOC Pro League, after losing at home to Al Wahda, 2-0, through goals from Facundo Daniel and Omar Khribin, in the 53rd and 90th minutes. Dibba Al-Hisn thus booked the second relegation ticket to the First Division (Amateur) League, joining its neighbor Al-Orobah, who was also relegated 3 weeks ago at the hands of “Al-Annabi”, who issued the relegation order for both. With this result, Al-Wahda reached 44 points, maintaining its third place, and taking another step closer to booking an Asian seat, while Al-Hisn remained at 16 points.

Kalba defeated Dibba Al Hisn 2-1 on Saturday in the opening match of the 23rd round of the ADNOC Professional Football League, held at the Tigers Stadium.

Mehdi Kaidi scored for Kalba in the 57th minute and Daniel Bessa in the 77th minute, while Pierre Conde scored for Dibba Al Hisn in the 42nd minute.

Al Nasr continued their winning streak with a precious victory over Dibba Al Hisn, scored by defender Glauber Lima in the dying seconds of the match on Tuesday evening at Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Stadium, in the 22nd round of the ADNOC Professional League. This result raised Al Nasr’s tally to 33 points, placing them in sixth place, while Dibba Al Hisn remained at 16 points, placing them in 13th place.

The match was largely played in midfield, with Al Nasr enjoying the upper hand in possession and creating dangerous opportunities through Swiss striker Haris Seferovic on at least two occasions, most notably a header that went just wide.
