As part of its ongoing efforts to build strategic partnerships that serve the community and support young people, the Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club signed a cooperation agreement with Diyar Private Academy for Boys. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation between the two parties and enhance the complementary role of educational and sports institutions, serving students and the local community.

The signing of the agreement took place during an official visit by a delegation from Diyar Private Academy to the club’s headquarters. They were received by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club; His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al Tarban Al Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club; Ali bin Yarouf Al Naqbi, Secretary General; and Mohammed Ali Mohammed Al Dhahouri, Chairman of the Club’s Cultural and Community Activities Committee.

The academy delegation included Dean Bright, Director of the Academy; and Ali Al Shehhi, Head of Student and Administrative Affairs at Diyar Private Academy for Boys.

The visit began with a field tour of the club’s vital facilities, including the indoor gym, outdoor playgrounds, swimming pool, fitness center, treatment and rehabilitation center, and theater. The delegation was briefed on the club’s capabilities and equipment to support sports and cultural activities.

Following the tour, an agreement was signed between the two parties in the club’s theater, amidst an atmosphere that reflected the spirit of mutual cooperation and a commitment to building effective partnerships that contribute to the development of a capable and creative generation.

The agreement aims to provide an integrated environment that contributes to the development of students’ skills in various sports, cultural, and community fields. It also seeks to instill the values ​​of positive citizenship and enhance the spirit of belonging, cooperation, and teamwork.

In a statement on this occasion, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa emphasized the importance of this cooperation, noting that the agreement opens broad horizons for integration between the educational and sports systems, serving the interests of students and enhancing their capabilities and skills through joint programs and activities that meet the aspirations of both parties.

Dr. Al-Mutawa also praised the active role of Diyar Private Academy, emphasizing that this partnership is an extension of the club’s approach to strengthening community engagement and activating initiatives that benefit future generations.

For his part, Dean Bright expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the warm welcome received by the club’s management, noting that the agreement represents a promising step toward building a model of fruitful cooperation that contributes to honing students’ talents and enhancing the quality of educational and pedagogical activities at the academy.

Dibba Al-Hisn Football Club honored a group of parents and players from the Under-11 team in appreciation of their efforts and positive engagement with the club’s activities. This recognition reflects the club’s commitment to strengthening the relationship between family and player, and its deep belief that family support is one of the most important pillars of youth sports success.

This purposeful initiative, held at the club’s headquarters, is part of Dibba Al-Hisn’s strategy to strengthen cooperation between the club and parents. It also recognizes the vital role families play in supporting their children, particularly during the early stages of development. Regular attendance at training sessions and continuous encouragement are important drivers for boosting a player’s self-confidence and increasing their commitment and discipline in sports.

The ceremony was honored by Mohammed Abdullah Rashid Al Tarban Al Hamoudi, Chairman of the Dibba Club Board of Directors; Ahmed Omar Al Naqbi, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Football Sector Development Committee; and Ahmed Murad Ali Al Amiri, Chairman of the Football Academy and School Committee. The activities of the sixteenth session of the Holy Quran competition in Dibba Al -Hosn started under the slogan “Save and Set”.

The competition organized by the Dibba Al -Hosn Sports Club is held in cooperation with the Sharjah Foundation for the Holy Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and with generous sponsorship of the Sharjah Charitable Society.

The competition witnessed a demand from the club’s employees, employees of the memorization of the Holy Quran and Sunnah, and the people of Dibba Al -Hosn, as well as the presence and participation of the owners of determination from the cities of Dibba Al -Hosn and Dibba Al -Fujairah, in a move that reflects the keenness of the organizing committee to involve everyone and consolidate the principle of equality and motivate everyone to interact with the Holy Quran regardless of challenges.

This competition reflects the club’s keenness to instill Islamic values ​​in the hearts of emerging generations and enhance their relationship with the Book of God Almighty, to be the curriculum of their lives.

In a distinctive Ramadan atmosphere, the activities of the first Ramadan festival were launched for the old players, which collected Dibba Al -Hosn Club and Dibba Club under the slogan “Derby of the Beautiful Time”.

The festival was witnessed by Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Al -Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al -Hosn Sports Club Cultural Club, Ahmed Saeed Al -Dhanhani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Sports Club, and Mohamed Abdullah Al -Tarban Al -Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al -Hosn Football Club and a large public attendance and sports fans.

Al -Mutawa pointed out that the festival aims to enhance social and sports ties between the two clubs, while recalling important historical stations in their sporting career, and praised the efforts of all the participants in the success of the first Ramadan festival, noting that this event came in a distinctive sporting and social atmosphere.

He thanked all the former players participating in the event, and praised the great interaction of the fans who were keen to attend and contribute to the success of this distinguished event.

The Sharjah Award for Sports Excellence Leadership Program Committee at Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club held its first meeting at the club’s headquarters yesterday evening, Monday, headed by Ahmed Abdullah Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Committee, to discuss the most prominent topics related to the concepts and criteria of the award, and to develop the necessary executive plans to ensure the achievement of its objectives in supporting excellence and leadership in the sports sector.

The Committee affirms its commitment to developing the program in a way that supports innovation and enhances the culture of sports excellence, with great hopes that the award will have a tangible positive impact that contributes to advancing the wheel of sports development in the community, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, may God protect him, to enhance leadership and excellence in various fields.

During the meeting, the tasks of the working team members were determined, a timetable for the award was set, in addition to reviewing its criteria and the importance of disseminating it widely to consolidate the culture of sports excellence, which contributes to achieving the objectives for which the award was established by the Board of Directors headed by Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Al Mutawa.

Ahmed Abdullah Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Committee, stressed the importance of adopting precise and transparent criteria that ensure the selection of competent candidates, which contributes to the sustainability of the participants’ performance and excellence, with a focus on highlighting their achievements in the sports sector. He pointed out that this step will support the leadership of sports excellence and enhance the position of the club and the Emirate of Sharjah as a leading sports platform at the local and international levels. Al Naqbi also praised the efforts of the Sharjah Sports Council and its interest in developing the sports excellence system in the emirate, noting that the award is a milestone at the local and international levels, and will contribute to establishing quality and innovation standards in the sports field.

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, and within the framework of its community initiatives, Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club cooperates with the Sharjah Charity Association in Dibba Al-Hisn, to prepare and distribute 673 Iftar meals daily in the tents designated for Iftar for the fasting. This initiative aims to support the community and enhance the values ​​of solidarity and mutual support during the holy month.

Through this initiative, Dibba Al-Hisn Club emphasizes the importance of the role of sports institutions in supporting the community and contributing to achieving social solidarity during the holy month of Ramadan.

Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, confirmed that the club seeks through this initiative, in cooperation with the Sharjah Charity Association, to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of the fasting, thus enhancing the spirit of giving and community solidarity.

Al-Mutawa added that this step comes within the framework of a series of social events and initiatives organized by the club to enhance community partnership, which reflects its constant commitment to serving the community.

Dibba Al Hisn Sports Club hosted the Sharjah Award for Sports Excellence Leadership Committee, organized by the Sharjah Sports Council, on Tuesday evening, with the aim of explaining the award’s criteria and categories and the mechanism for submitting files.

The event was attended by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, and His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al Tarban Al Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, in addition to members of the Board of Directors of the club and the company.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Al Mutawa praised the initiative of the Sharjah Sports Council, stressing that the award is an ideal platform for honoring innovators in the sports field, as it encourages excellence and leadership, which contributes to enhancing creativity and innovation in the sports and cultural sector.

He stressed that such invitations stimulate excellence and reflect positively on various sports fields, to constitute an incentive for continuous development.

The explanation of the award was provided by Abdullah Hussein Al Ali and Hani Al Qasim, where the mechanisms for submission and participation were highlighted, in addition to explaining the criteria and objectives of the program, the award categories, and the nomination conditions.

It was also confirmed that the last date for application is April 30, 2025, while the results will be announced in June 2025.
