Dibba Al-Hisn Sports Club concluded its third annual festival with resounding success, drawing a large audience and fostering broad community participation. This event clearly demonstrated the club’s leading role in supporting sports and cultural activities and strengthening community cohesion in Dibba Al-Hisn.
The festival’s closing ceremony included a tribute to Issa Hilal Al-Hazami, former Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, in recognition of his distinguished career in sports and his significant contributions to the development of sports in the Emirate of Sharjah.
Several sports families in Dibba Al-Hisn were also honored for their active role in supporting sports, nurturing promising generations of athletes, and instilling sporting and social values within the community.
Ali Khamis Al-Awani was also recognized for his tangible contributions and efforts in serving Dibba Al-Hisn and his ongoing support for sports and community activities. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the club’s management expressed its pride in the success of the third edition of the festival, stressing its keenness to continue organizing events that contribute to developing talents and promoting sports culture, in line with the vision of the Emirate of Sharjah in supporting sports and society.
