Dibba Al-Hisn Sports Club and Dibba Al-Hisn Football Company Club organized an awareness lecture entitled “Unacceptable Sports Behaviors” as part of a series of programs and initiatives aimed at building a new competitive leadership sports generation for the under-15 football team, as part of its efforts to promote positive behaviors among young players and consolidate noble sports values.
The lecture was presented by Khaled Abdul Majeed, who highlighted the importance of adhering to sports ethics and avoiding unacceptable behaviors that may negatively affect the team and the sports community. The lecture included discussing live examples of sports situations and practical guidelines on how to deal with pressures and difficult situations in a sporting spirit. It also focused on several important axes aimed at building a balanced and ethical sports personality.
The lecturer addressed several basic topics, including how to deal with referees in a respectful and fair manner, constructive interaction with the audience in all its components, and the importance of cooperation with the technical, administrative and medical staff to achieve integration within the team. A number of non-sporting situations that may appear on the field were also presented, with live examples of high sportsmanship and how to adopt it as a permanent behavioral pattern. A series of monthly lectures will be held covering all age groups and sports.
His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Al Tarban Al Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, indicated that these activities fall within the club’s comprehensive vision that aims to build conscious sports generations that enjoy both technical skills and moral values. He stressed that the club always seeks to develop the cultural and behavioral aspect of players as an integral part of its strategies.
