In the presence of His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Rashid Al Tarban Al Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Football Club, Waleed Falah’s team was crowned first place amidst the joy of the players and attendees in the Talented Football Championship for those born in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, which concluded yesterday evening.
8 teams participated in the championship with good participation from promising players. Ali Al Dhanhani’s team came in second place, Abdullah Al Qamish’s team came in third, while Osama Al Haddadi’s team won the ideal team in the championship.
The championship was attended by the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors, parents of the players and a large audience who enjoyed the talents produced by the championship and the good impressions it left in the minds of the followers. At the end, cups, medals and cash prizes were distributed to the first three winning teams, and the tournament sponsors were honored with commemorative shields, as well as the referees and organizers.
For his part, Ahmed Al Amiri, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the tournament, congratulated the winning teams, praising the strong levels presented by the participants in the tournament, which is a valuable opportunity to discover promising talents to support the club in the future.
Al Amiri stressed that the tournament aimed to instill the principles of sports culture among young players and teach them the basics of football and the surrounding fields, systems and skills that carry the contents and laws of the most famous game in the world, and in our quest to discover and refine talents by organizing such tournaments in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement between the teams to reach the podiums
