Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club organized a special ceremony to honor the winners of the “Youth of the Future” Award, which was launched by the club in December 2024 with the aim of supporting and motivating young people to excel in sports, culture and community fields.
The ceremony was held yesterday evening in the club hall in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the club, and His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Rashid Al-Taraban Al-Hamoudi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al-Hisn Football Club, in addition to members of the boards of directors and parents of players.
The ceremony began with the national anthem of the United Arab Emirates, followed by a speech by Dr. Al-Mutawa, who welcomed the attendees and stressed that the aim of this project is to develop human cadres and enhance excellence in sports, academic and behavioral fields, in line with the vision of the Sharjah Sports Council in building a distinguished sports community.
Dr. Al-Mutawa praised the active role of the players’ parents in promoting sports and community values, and called for continuing to work to achieve more achievements, expressing his pride and appreciation for this event, and stressing that the award embodies the club’s keenness to support young people and encourage them to continue to innovate and excel. During the ceremony, distinguished players who demonstrated excellence in their performance and commitment to the established standards were honored.
