In a gesture reflecting the commitment of sports administrations to nurturing talent and celebrating achievements, His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club, honored the club’s archery champion, Saeed Tamrouq, in recognition of his outstanding performances and exceptional accomplishments during the current sports season, both locally and regionally.
This well-deserved recognition followed a series of remarkable successes achieved by Tamrouq, most notably his winning second place and the silver medal at the 4th GCC Games held in Doha, Qatar, in December 2015. He also secured first place in the UAE Archery League, further cementing his status as one of the region’s leading archers.
During the ceremony, His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa praised the player’s significant contributions and generous efforts, commending his unwavering commitment which has directly contributed to raising the Dibba Al Hisn Club’s flag high in major sporting events. He wished him continued success in future competitions.
The ceremony was attended by Mr. Abdullah Al Watari, Head of the Individual Games and Talent Development Committee at the club, as well as the champion’s coach, Mr. Essam Nashaat. Both expressed their immense pride in Al Dhaheri’s outstanding achievements, emphasizing that this excellence reflects the organized work and continuous development within the individual sports system and the archery team at Dibba Al Hisn Club.ش
