
Swimmers from Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club continued their impressive performance in the Sharjah Swimming Clubs Championship, achieving outstanding results and demonstrating the club’s growing competitive spirit. Their success highlighted the club’s ability to compete with the strongest rivals across all age groups, reflecting the team’s determination and discipline.
The club’s participation yielded a commendable result, with swimmers securing 18 medals: two gold, six silver, and four bronze. They also achieved a number of top finishes in several individual races, a testament to the continuous efforts of the technical and administrative staff in preparing and developing the swimmers’ skills according to the highest training standards.
The championship witnessed fierce competition across all races, but Dibba Al-Hisn swimmers made their mark, securing top positions on the podium. Several swimmers excelled in various sprint and distance events, showcasing exceptional technical skills that reflected the team’s overall improvement in both individual and team performance.
The relay teams also made a notable appearance at the championship. The 9-10 year old relay team won the bronze medal in the 4x50m freestyle relay, an achievement that reflects the promising beginnings of this age group. Meanwhile, the 15-16 year old relay team continued its impressive performance by winning the silver medal in the 4x100m freestyle relay, highlighting the strong harmony and teamwork among its members.
