
As part of its ongoing development program, the Human Resources Department at Dibba Al-Hisn Club organized a lecture entitled “A Positive Work Environment: An Essential Path to Excellence,” presented by Dr. Attia El-Sayed.
The lecture began with the honoring of several outstanding employees by Mohammed Abdullah Al-Tarban, the company’s president, in recognition of their efforts and achievements. This gesture reflects the administration’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and motivation.
The lecturer then began by defining the work environment, explaining its essential elements that contribute to shaping the professional climate within organizations. He then addressed the concept of a positive work environment and its direct impact on raising performance levels and increasing employee loyalty.
The lecturer also discussed practical aspects of cultivating positivity at work, including teamwork, effective communication, embracing challenges, and taking initiative. He emphasized that positivity is a daily practice that contributes to achieving organizational excellence and sustainable success.
He stressed that providing a motivating work environment based on respect, cooperation, and effective communication directly impacts productivity and job satisfaction.
He also reviewed a range of practical approaches that contribute to building a positive culture within institutions, most notably supportive leadership, teamwork, stress management, and human resource motivation, pointing out that excellence is no longer an option but an imperative dictated by the requirements of development and sustainability.
