As part of its efforts to spread a culture of institutional excellence and promote quality concepts, the Board of Directors of the Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club and the Football Company organized a qualitative training workshop entitled “Excellence Does Not Come by Chance… Secrets of Effective Quality and Excellence Management.” The workshop was presented by Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors, as part of a series of developmental lectures and workshops the club offers monthly to its employees.

The workshop was attended by Mohammed Ali Mohammed Ali Al-Dhahouri, Chairman of the Cultural and Community Activities Committee, along with a number of the club’s administrative and technical staff.

The workshop, which was organized yesterday evening, Wednesday, is part of the club’s ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance. Dr. Al-Mutawa highlighted the scientific and practical foundations for achieving excellence, reviewing the concepts and objectives of quality, its globally recognized standards, and the most famous international quality and excellence awards.

The workshop also addressed the importance of adopting a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within organizations as a key lever for ensuring sustainability and success. He emphasized that excellence is not achieved by chance, but rather is the result of organized institutional work and well-thought-out strategies that reflect a clear vision and the commitment of working teams.

The workshop featured rich, interactive discussions among participants, allowing for the exchange of experiences and expertise and the consolidation of concepts that will enhance the culture of quality and excellence within the workplace.

Dr. Al-Mutawa emphasized during his speech that this workshop is part of a comprehensive development plan aimed at empowering employees intellectually and professionally, raising the level of institutional performance, and keeping pace with the club’s aspirations and consolidating its presence as a pioneering entity in management and innovation.
