Preparations for the festival began in full seriousness through the first meeting of the organizing committee, which was held yesterday evening at the club’s headquarters, headed by Muhammad Abdullah Hassan Al-Dhahouri, Vice Chairman of the Organizing Committee, and attended by a number of committee members, in addition to a prominent presence from Dr. Wafaa Al-Ghoul, Director of the Dibba Al-Hisn Office at the Department of Culture, who represents a major strategic partner in this major event.
