Dibba Al-Hisn Sports and Cultural Club organized a recreational field trip to Al-Faqeet tourist area, as part of its initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and improve performance with a team spirit.
The trip included a group of cultural, sports and artistic activities, in addition to competitions and games, and the presentation of gifts to participants, in an integrated entertainment experience that contributes to breaking the work routine.
For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Club, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al-Mutawa, stressed that these activities come within the club’s commitment to providing a balanced work environment, noting that such activities contribute to enhancing the spirit of teamwork and consolidating positive relations between employees, which is reflected in the club’s overall performance in a better way.
